Recently, the top of a very old tree on my property broke off and was suspended within the lower canopy of that tree directly above the power lines to my house. I thought I would need to wait a week or so for service, but you sent someone out that morning. You and your company were top notch professional and timely in the response to my problem. Not only was it addressed in a timely manner but the crew that was sent also coordinated with the local DPW as the tree hung over a busy road and public sidewalk. You should feel very proud of the organization that you have built and professional personnel you have staffed it with. I will emphatically recommend your company to friends and family in the future.
